Swindon does it Bother you that there is Two Full blooded Irishman in the England cricket team. Ireland have made good use of the eligibility rules but it's a small country with mass emigration. I find it worse teams like Spain playing Brazilians when they have no Spanish ties what so ever

Irish blood, English heart
This I'm made of
There is no one on earth I'm afraid of
And no regime can buy or sell me

I've been dreaming of a time when
to be English is not to be baneful
to be standing by the flag, not feeling shameful
racist or racial

Irish blood, English heart
this I'm made of
There is no one on earth I'm afraid of
And I will die with both of my hands untied

I've been dreaming of a time when
the English are sick to death
of Labour, and Tories
and spit upon the name Oliver Cromwell
and denounce this royal line that still salute him
and will salute him
FOREVER...

Noble is not good enough to play for England.

Not saying Colback, Cleverly and co are either.

But he only has to be better than the worst CM picked. And he is

Re: Noble considering Ireland - Daily Mail
Good luck to him. He'll never get the chance to play for England so why not take the next option for international football.

As far as Ireland goes, they seem to be happy to adopt anyone and they were at there most successful in the late eighties/early nineties with non Irish players like Cascarino, Townsend, Houghton & Aldridge so I don't suppose it bothers them having Englishman trying to sing the Irish national anthem.

Good luck to him. I would play for one of the minor nations if I was not good enough for England.

mentor if your grandparents are Irsih it's not really a foreign nation is it, he would know he has Irish blood, it would be part of his family awareness.

I hope he goes for it, would be a regular in their team.

Fuck Woy and Fuck England!

Its unbelievable that Noble would even consider this. What kind of cunt would want to play for a foreign nation?

Re: Noble considering Ireland - Daily Mail
I actually think he deserves a crack
at international football he is never going to get into England in front of the shit The establishment picks from the Yids Bin Dippers Mancs or Arsenals few average players - The ROI as a team have a real genuine work ethic for the team rather like Noble and I think it would be ideal for him the ROI and us - there I said it !

Re: Noble considering Ireland - Daily Mail
frankly from a WHU pont of view I don't want him playing any international football, but don't blame him at all for maybe considering Ireland.

The fact that he's been a consistent PL player for at least 5 years now, was a pretty successful captain for the U21s, and plays in a position where England have lost quite a few players due to retirement and injury lately - the fact he hasn't even made a SQUAD yet is a pisstake.

And what makes it worse is some of the shite that's been picked ahead of him.

Delph, Colback, Cleverly for starters.

Not for a minute saying he should be starting, but he should've been given an opportunity by now.

Re: Noble considering Ireland - Daily Mail
The Fa really need to their fingers out of their arses, firstly allowing Hodgson making Rooney captain is a disgrace to football and a disgrace to this country. What did he do to get that? threaten to retire from England?

Secondly they need to look at picking a team that is full of players on form and not just big names. It is becoming tiresome that our players get overlooked when they are on form but if you play for the top 4 yet injured or badly off form you still get picked.

Re: Noble considering Ireland - Daily Mail
What exactly has Jack Colback done to earn an England place ahead of Noble.

Fucking baffling.

Re: Noble considering Ireland - Daily Mail
As an Irishman, I'd love if this happened but I just can't see him backtracking on numerous statements he has made over the years indicating that it's England or nothing on the international front for him. I respect him for that, which is not to say that I'd lose any respect for him if he chose to turn out with the Boys in Green.

Re: Noble considering Ireland - Daily Mail
I'd be happy if he doesn't take on international games where he will get fatigued and injured especially for a country which he does not have a true passion for.

He doesn't strike me as the sort of person who would consider a different national team so this is probably a C&H level exclusive.

Woy Hodgson is such a spastic old cunt barnowl prick...

Fucking Colback and Delph?!?!...

Silly old fuck...

Don't blame Nobes for considering the ROI...

Re: Noble considering Ireland - Daily Mail
Personally think this is wrong if he does it. Captained England U21s, so clearly considers himself English. Representing another country...just weird if you ask me. Is meant to be about passion and playing for your nation...not just finding a way to play a few extra games a year in a different setting.

If he does it good luck to him as I like Noble, and whilst thinking he's not good enough for England he's no worse than some of the other jokers being selected. Just personally I don't think it's what International football is all about.
